Our promise on recommendations
MesmerDesign is the maker of the products featured in these guides. When we recommend an item, it’s a product we design and make to order in our own Etsy shop. We don’t earn third-party affiliate commissions on these links — when you buy, you’re buying directly from us.
About the prices we show. Our guides show approximate US prices in US dollars. Our products are made in the EU, where listed prices include 20% VAT; most of our buyers are in the US and pay no VAT, so the price you see at checkout is typically lower. Prices also vary by size, options, and currency. We show a rounded “under $X” guide price — Etsy always shows your exact total at checkout, so check the listing before ordering.
We aim to give honest, useful guidance — including pointing you to the most affordable option when that’s the right call. If something here isn’t helpful, tell us.
